wow, well we were all excited about the netbook viewer (and still are) and we came across this! it’s a client for iPhones, and while you don’t actually see anything in-world, it does several things (see their website) and works for both Second Life and OpenSim (and we presume Reaction Grid)
now it’s limited atm, but in due time, you can be sure that sl (and opensim worlds) will become more available on phones (Mark Kingdon, Linden’s CEO, has said that in the past)
so whatever happened to Vollee? remember last year? they had SL clients that worked on several phones and actually were like the normal viewer where you could see people and sims, see Torley’s Flickr pics of Vollee

Vollee relaid the game you were on via it’s own servers so it required serious investment on the part of Vollee in hardware.
