after giving it a few months, we have decided to demolish Gulf Dream Estates. trailer living is only for real race car livin’, beer drinkin’, tobacco chewin’ peeps and it seems the estate does not attract those (maybe it’s the martinis and escargots we have elsewhere that send a mixed signal) o_O

but isl, change is easy (and constant) so we brought in head beaver Subquark to level the place for Ener to set up as larger lots (that may have been the real issue, these lots were tiny)

it was fun making the trailer park, complete with charcoal grills and trash cans, but it will also be fun setting up new parcels that may be a better match for peeps. whether they be martini or beer drinkers – and as far as snobby – you haven’t seen Ener in action

and after the park is leveled, the little beaver Subquark is going to tackle the Atomic Mall – not sure what to do there? retail and apartments? or maybe just stick to what we do best – make nice land with trees and let you create the atmosphere here  =)

the residents of the iliveisl estate are the true energy here (thus enercity, enerville, etc – and you thought Ener was just vain!)  =p
